The harsh sunlight can also dry your skin and promote wrinkles fast. If you are exposed to the harsh sunlight each day, you might want to wear protection such as sun block or simply use hat or some sort of cover from the sun.

Drink plenty of water every day as well. This will also help you wash out the toxins in your body that can also cause you to look older as well.
