Other effective ways to burn fat is to drink more water as it can act like an appetite suppressant; avoid alcoholic drinks as they can decrease your metabolic rate; eat more fish weekly specifically tuna, salmon, etc, as they can speed up your body's metabolism, too, and so forth.
