The appearance of cellulite is an embarrassing skin condition for which treatments and cures are sometimes desperately sought after. Since you are making a lifestyle change by eating healthily and exercising regularly, then smokers might as well quit smoking too. Some researches has shown that quitting smoking can also reduce the appearance of cellulite reason being that smoking causes damage and constriction of blood vessels, which in turn interfere with blood circulation causing the formation of cellulite.
Thus the key to prevent, reduce or even cure cellulite is just to eat and drink healthily and exercise regularly and when you do this, many aspects of your health will also make tremendous improvements. So why not start today.
