Although you will be able to run more easily outside, you also have to make sure that you understand the differences that occur when you run outside. There are many elements that contribute to running outside being harder than running on a treadmill.
When you run outside you are going to have to deal with the wind pushing against you. Although that may not seem like a big deal, when you are out running and it is windy you will begin to notice a difference in the way that you are running.
Running outside will also prove to be more difficult because of the way that the cement is uneven. There are a lot of people that do not realize how much harder it can be to run outside than to run on a treadmill..
