Reduce Caffeine

Timing

Noise
Noise reduction is a common solution to lack of rest. Turning off the radio or television reduces disturbing noise. Eliminating loud environmental noises, such as trains, passing vehicles, alarms and airplanes is often an obvious solution that is easier said than done. Another option is to drown out those sounds with a white noise machine, light music or headphones.
