There are so many cellulite creams on the market today that one can have difficulty choosing one that actually works. The problem is that apparently these creams when applied at times do not work at all. They boast of having this or that ingredient which they think justify their high prices. Some of these creams can cost $30 to $40 dollars per bottle, which isn't cheap at all.
In an experiment made on women who had cellulite, actual creams were applied on one thigh, while a placebo cream was put on the other thigh. The results were mixed and astonishing. Most of the women believed that there was a little improvement in their overall cellulite problem, but they apparently picked the wrong thigh. The placebo cream seemed to work better on their cellulite than the actual cream!
This should put would-be purchasers on guard, and maybe resort to more natural ways of getting rid of their cellulite. In these times of financial crisis, where people are losing their jobs left and right, it makes sense to go natural. Cellulite problems usually stem from a bad diet, smoking and drinking too much, and eating a lot of processed food.
Most studies show that cellulite is a result of too much toxins in the body, and getting rid of these toxins and pollutants in the body may be the best way to treat cellulite. This can be done naturally by drinking a lot of water which is readily available.
Some see exercise as a way to reduce cellulite. A particularly interesting exercise is yoga. There a chance that yoga may do wonders in getting rid of, and preventing formation of cellulite. The breathing that is done in yoga increases blood flow, and improves circulation to various parts of the body. Through yoga one can target specific body parts and improve blood flow in the desired areas. This increase in blood flow can rid and cleanse the body of all the toxins associated with cellulite. It should be a cheap and easy way to a better body and less cellulite.
There are other alternatives which can give you results but cost more than your typical cellulite cream. However, though they can cost more, at least you will have results, and not be paying for creams which do not work in the first place. You can try ultrasound treatments or laser treatments for good and fast results. Just make sure that you take note of the after treatment orders, to avoid cellulite reappearance.
It is disappointing that cellulite creams are being sold at a high price, but hardly produce any results. The one who loses the most here is the customer who wishes to purchase a product that works. The customer pays top dollar for these creams hoping to remove the unsightly cellulite on different parts of their bodies. They use up the cream without any significant results. They are wasting the time and hard earned money of their customers. It seems that making a profit is more important these days than customer satisfaction.
