Everyone has a particular body odor that is determined by a number of factors. It is actually caused by various bacteria and they are the major reason behind these different types of body odor. Similarly, body odor can be from any part of body and that includes breath odor, sweating odor, etc. Normally, body odor is not something that can be noticed easily, however it becomes obvious when sweat is involved.

There are many different types of body odor and are mainly categorized base on their relationship with a particular part of the body. There are underarm odor, bad breath odor and foot odor etc. However, these are only a few of the many different types that are commonly known.

Halitosis

Halitosis is the most common type of body odor and is generally known as bad breath. This bad breath is due to the presence of bacteria inside the mouth.
