Egg yolks are also considered a common trigger food for IBS patients, as they contain high fat as well. But it is usually safe to eat egg whites if you have IBS.

Some Poultry Products

Skinless white poultry meat is ok for consuming while the skin of such products can cause some IBS disorders, as it contains high fat. But you can eat it after getting read of the skin.
