Despite their popularity, collagen skin care creams are not the most effective products to treat skin aging. If you have been mislead to think otherwise, it's time for you to change your thinking. Let me explain to you why topical collagen treatment is non-effective.

Skin Molecules

When collagen and elastin are applied directly on the skin, it is unable to sink beneath the skin tissues. The molecules on our skin are simply too large to permit the delivery of these collagen to the inner skin dermis. In short, there is no point applying collagen directly on the skin, hoping that it will further pumped up the collagen within your skin tissue. It will not.

If you come across any collagen skin care products that claimed to be able to so, avoid it, it's not possible. The only way one can get collagen into your skin tissue is through the use of an injection.

DNA Difference

Genetically speaking, most of the skin care products that contain collagens are sourced from animals, plants extracts or from the aquatic. Although they are classified in the same proteins family, sources from these areas are unlike human protein which is of a different composition. Hence, in order for our skin tissues to absorb these natural skin care collagens, both the proteins DNA must match. It plainly isn't the case here.

So is there any other ways you can boost collagen and elastin levels to prevent skin aging problems? What kind of ingredients can you turn to help you stimulate collagen production in your body?

As you may not know, new ingredients stimulating the level of these 2 substances (i.e collagen and elastin) have been discovered by researchers.

You may have heard of CynergyTK, a key ingredient in skin care product which was first discovered in New Zealand. CynergyTK is actually derived from Keratin, a natural mix of peptide proteins and enzymes. This powerful ingredient is found to be able to enhance the levels of natural collagen in our body, something which body creams added with collagen and elastin has been unable to do thus far.

Clinical studies have reported that volunteers who make uses of CynergyTK has feedback that they found themselves with younger and healthier looking skin. Wrinkles have been significantly reduced and unwanted fine lines subsiding. As Cynergy TK is a natural ingredient made suitable for all skin types, there are no reported side-effects.

Now that you understand that really is no miracle creams known "collagen boosting creams", I hope you be wiser and pick the right anti aging skin care products with those key ingredients I have mentioned. Ignore all the media hype and go only for the real ones that works.
