Aside from the BMI calculator, body shape and illnesses, how you feel overall also plays a role in whether or not you should lose weight. If you find that you're often short of breath or have sore joints in your lower body, losing weight may help. Find a balanced exercise program that includes both diet and exercise and you'll be able to lose all the weight you need to.
