Some of the companies who are offering products with Resveratrol are beginning to make claims that it is good for your heart and will over time rebuild cells. So, with the French living 25% longer than Americans, having less heart disease, is this really true?

Well, when we study the French, we see that their diet is very similar to that of Americans, high in fat and cholesterol. Research has in fact shown that Resveratrol can act as an anti inflammatory and help prevent fatty build ups in your body. This will of course mean your reduce the risk of a stroke or heart disease.

So, if the French live longer yet eat similar to the Americans, there has to be something in the claim many companies are making about Resveratrol!

Research has also shown that resveratrol can help lower your cholesterol with it's antioxidant properties. So, when you look at all the research and the facts, it certainly appears to be the case that Resveratrol could in fact help and improve the health of your heart.

However, the main powerful substance in Resveratrol that thousands of people are putting to the test, is of course it's ability to slow down the aging effect in humans, which in turn could lead to a longer life span.

So, although many companies claim Resveratrol is good for your heart, the main benefit people are drawn to is the anti aging effect itself.

The fact that it is a relatively new discovery means that over time we will see many more benefits appearing from it's use. Many companies have testimonials already coming in with side effects such as softer firmer skin, signs of wrinkles disappearing, more energy, better overall health etc.

This "wonder substance" that many are calling it is found in Red Wine, but experts are of course advising against drinking too much. The French are brought up on Red Wine and have been drinking it for years, which could account for their longer life expectancy.

Now of course you can buy Resveratrol in capsule form. 300 mg a day is advised. Anything less will not give you the anti aging effect. It is also recommended you take it with other added ingredients, such as some of the "Superfoods" we now know exist. Acai, Goji, Noni etc.

When taken with these added ingredients, your body will start to recover from the many years of abuse it has been given from not just your eating habits, but also from your way of life.

Do some research online and maybe find some Resveratrol products that offer you a free trial. That way you can begin to experience the health benefits for yourself without having to pay out hundreds of dollars first.
