In this article we will talk about how to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks. This can actually be quite easy. Most people think they have to do some crazy eating plan to lose weight like this but it actually just comes down to some very simple dieting principles. Below I outline a few things you can do to lose weight as quickly as possible.

If you can add a little over 75% of these tips into your current diet routine it should be easy to knock off those 10 pounds. Everyone wants to lose weight but nobody is every willing to do what it takes. Luckily these steps are fairly simple and can be integrated into your diet with ease.

- Physical activity for a half hour 4 times per week
- Instead of starchy foods like pasta, potatoes and rice, substitute that with whole wheat breads, pasta and brown rice
- Take bacon out of the diet
- Don't eat any fried foods. Whether it's fried cheese, chicken or French fries don't eat it. Instead eat things such as baked or grilled fish or turkey. There are many options here.
- Include a vitamin in your morning meal
- Eat only till you are 80% full this is a big one. Most people eat way too much portion
- Replace any junk food with veggies or crackers
- Drink more water try to get in about half your bodyweight in ounces
- Drink only water that means no diet soda, tea or coffee
- Limit the red meat, instead opt for turkey salmon or chicken
- If you can afford a nutritionist to plan out your meals for you your chances of success are much greater because they can tell you exactly what and when to eat. Most people fail at the diet part and diet is the most important.

These tips are things that can easy be implemented into any diet no matter what you're doing. Everyone says they want to lose weight but it just comes down to doing a few simple things day in and day out.

Remember though, start slow. Don't try to overhaul your whole diet in 1 day. Take baby steps so you can stick to it easier. Maybe start with one thing each day that you do differently. And in a month you will have made some major changes.

If you need to lose more than 10 pounds in a month you may want to include all of the tips above. Although it will be much harder it will obviously give you much better results.
