It is very true that most of us will not plan for our lunch and dinner. Yet, you should do so if you would like to lose weight.

You also need to do exercises every day. Yes, you have to do it every day. Doing it once or twice a week will not help. This will help to increase your metabolic rate. And as a consequence you will be able to burn the unnecessary fat within your body. Of course you should also try to have some weight training so that you can build some muscles. This will further help to burn more calories. You will be able to become slim again if you can do all the above.
