The three most important physical aspects of wellness are exercising, diet health, and maintaining your desired weight. Of those three aspects diet health is the most important because it has the greatest direct impact on your level of well-being.

First, it's important to realize that multiple lifestyle transformations may be necessary for you to achieve optimal diet health. "If you want things to change in your life you will need to change the things in your life."

These might include.
* Realization of the mind/body connection
* Educating yourself about the benefits of organic food
* Shopping at the health food store instead of the grocery store
* Weight maintenance
* Stress/anxiety reduction

Each of these aspects work cooperatively and have an accumulative effect. One change may make a small difference, but many little changes add up to significant results.

Once you have achieved your goals for diet health it will not seem like much effort to maintain your new lifestyle.

Six years ago I was about thirty-five pounds over weight, depressed, and stressed out. Needless to say life wasn't a lot of fun.

I got to the point where I just couldn't take it anymore. I wanted a healthy and fit body, but I was as far as I could be from each. That is when I realized that I was "getting what I was getting" because of how I was thinking and the actions I was taking. I decided to make some significant changes in my life.

For my diet health I started to eat primarily organic fruits, vegetables, and nuts. For physical fitness I started lifting weights and running for one hour six days a week.

At first these transformations were tough. I was tired and sore from the exercise and I got headaches a lot from my new diet. But this uncomfortable period only lasted about two weeks. I got through it simply because my "burning desire" for health was much more powerful than the minor side effects of my new changes.

The long-term health benefits from these lifestyle changes have been huge. I feel joy almost all the time, I am confident in my body, my stress level is virtually at zero, and my mind is clear and sharp.

I don't care how much you have been suffering, what you weigh, or the current state of your physical health, you can achieve perfect wellness. And it can come a lot faster than you might think.

Just incorporate the changes outlined in this article and stick to them. Good luck on your journey towards diet health and wellness!
