"Pregnancy without Pounds", according to their site, helps you through your special time without the pounds.
It is such a happy time when you discover you are pregnant. You start thinking if it will be a boy or a girl. Who will he or she look like? What name will you choose for a boy? What name if it is a girl?
Wow! This is an exciting time! Life is good! At this time, you should not have to worry about gaining weight, getting ugly cellulite, feeling tired or growing bigger!
Plus on top of all that, you have to worry what you will look like after the baby gets here!
I looked at several programs focused on providing valuable information about pregnancy and keeping your weight down. I picked out the top 3 to compare. Those 3 are "PregnancywithoutPounds," "Fit and Healthy Pregnancy Guide" and "Slim Mom Secrets."
Let us discuss "PregnancywithoutPounds" first. Here are the major issues discussed in this program:
* You do not want to gain a lot of weight while pregnant.
* You want to eat healthy foods to maintain your weight.
* You can avoid gaining weight in all the wrong places.
* Ways to stop cellulite invasion are given.
* If you do gain weight, ways are listed to speed up post partum weight loss.
Second plan, "Fit and Healthy Pregnancy Guide," like the first plan, stresses the importance of keeping you weight under control. This plan is a Holistic, healthy program endorsed by medical doctors, nurses, midwives, etc.
The major issues addressed in this program are:
* Why the food pyramid guide makes you fat.
* Why traditional exercises do not work.
* Eat healthy and keep the weight gain to a minimum.
* This plan states follow it and your pre-pregnancy jeans will fit after pregnancy.
* A step by step program so you can make the best choices for you and your baby.
That brings us to my third choice, "Slim Mom Secrets."
The plan I chose as the third top one is "Slim Mom Secrets." It presents a plan whereby you can be back in your pre pregnancy shape within 37 days after birth. It lists some little known secrets to prevent pregnancy weight gain, to help with stretch marks, varicose veins, saggy breasts, and food cravings. A major concern it addresses is that some things you do today can help you have a comfortable pregnancy.
All of these 3 plans stress the importance of eating healthy, exercising and keeping weight gain to a minimum. All of them have legitimate and valid plans. I like the first one, probably because of the name. "PregnancywithoutPounds" says it all does it not?
