You can start to feel weak all the time, tired, and it can cause your organs to fail. If you do not drink the amount of water you need a day your body will start to retain water and you will start to bloat.
Your body can not make its own water and it will store it for when it needs it. You can live with out food for many day, even weeks possibly, but not without. You can dry up and your body will shut down one organ at a time until it shuts down completely. You will become dehydrated and that alone can put you in the hospital. You will have to have fluids put into your body through an IV a lot of times to help you regain your strength and recuperate. You can be in there are for days depending how bad you are dehydrated.
It can cause you to have diarrhea, cause you to vomit, look pale, and more. It can cause you not to hold anything down, which makes it worse. You have to make sure that you drink water everyday so this will not happen to you. Make sure your kids know this and make sure they drink their water so they will not have problems later in life. Drinking water keeps your system strong, in good shape, and it keeps you from getting sick a lot.
You can also focus better when you drink the amount of water you have to. It helps you think better, keeps your mind on the right track, and you can think better and faster. Water is a very big element, one of the biggest things you need besides oxygen. If we had no water, everything would die and lives would cease to exist. Your body will tell you that you need water just by the signs and how you feel, so do not ignore it. Keep your body full of all the water it needs for you to stay alive.
