All kinds of smoke can effect you because it can have toxins and chemicals in it that are very dangerous. Smoke can get in your body by smoking, fires, something burning, your vehicles, and more. Some things that give off smoke are more dangerous than others because it can do more damage to your system. When it gets in the air it brings those toxins with it, so everyone will can affected by it and sometimes will not even know it. Pollution is almost everywhere in the air we breathe making it dangerous and it gets worse every year.
Smoke can be different colors like white, light gray, dark gray, and black. Smoke can make it hard to breathe, cause dizziness, make you lightheaded, and it can even make you pass out. If you are burning something, you need to wear a mask so the smoke will not harm you. It will keep the toxins, chemicals, and everything else it has in it out of your system. If you do not have a mask put a wet rag over your mouth and nose so the smoke will not get through. It can make your eyes burn, turn red, become itchy, watery, and very irritated.

If you were in a fire, you might have to be taken to the hospital to get checked out because the smoke from the fire could have done major damage to you. It can wrinkle, cause bag under the eyes, turn your teeth yellow, and it can stain the skin. Of course, everyone knows cigarette smoke can cause cancers in the body.
The smoke causes your body to become weak over time and it can kill you if the damage is really bad. In a fire it can be hard to stay away from the smoke because it flows everywhere quickly. This is when you need to cover your face and stay close to the floor so the smoke will not get in your lungs so quickly. When you grill out, the smoke can be everywhere and it can burn your eyes. TRy to adjust your grill so the smoke flows away from you and not on you.
