If you over work your body it can cause you to get tired, weak, stressed, and more. You can damage your body that way and it can hit you hard in the long run. There are many ways you can over work our body. Such as working too much on your job, exercising too much, getting too stress out, and not sleeping the right amount that you need. When your body gets over worked, you will feel it in every part of your body. It can cause your muscles to, you can be dizzy or lightheaded, you can get headaches like migraines, and you might feel listless and lazy just because your body is trying to tell you that you need more rest and tranquility.
Your body can feel really heavy like you have a wet blanket over you. Your thinking and concentration might not be as clear as it should be. You might feel like you were beat or hit by a bus and you will feel so tired it is not funny. Stress can do this to you and the more it builds up the worse it will get and the worse you will be. Stress can make you nervous, jumpy, and anxious. Mental stress can affect your body physically and you could develop heartburn easily and have anxiety attacks when it gets severe.
When you exercise too much, you can over do it and you can pull one muscle or damage several at once. It can cause the muscle to hurt even when you touch them. It will hurt to move around and if you persist in overworking a muscle, it can cause permanent damage that might one day require surgery. This is what happens to many athletes, whether they are professional or just an over enthusiast. Always do some stretching techniques before you actually workout or engage in physical activities like sports. You will want to take your time, do not over do it or you will be sorry.
If you do not get enough sleep, your body will start to get weaker and more run down. Your body has to have sleep to stay in good shape. Not enough sleep can cause you to look older. It can mess with your mind on how your think and how it works. Your muscles can start to feel like jello and it can be hard to move your body. Sleep is very important for you to stay strong and feel good. If you lack sleep you will feel it over time, you can actually get be more susceptible to illness when you are run down. If you have an irregular or difficult time sleeping, see your doctor and see what he or she recommends to help you get more sleep.
