As with any of you, it is human nature to yell at the people closest to you no matter if you are mad at them or not and in most cases you are not. You just happen to be the one standing there. If these problems keep building inside of you and you do not release them you might end up saying the wrong things to the wrong people. By this you might end up having a fight with your spouse because of something you said. If you happen to get this mad try to watch what you say and always say your sorry. It is best to look at who is in front of you before you open your mouth. It is always better to go scream at a tree or something else rather than another person.
When any of these situations hit you, it can feel like you have been kicked in the teeth, lied to, cheated or several different emotions all at the same time. If this is your situation you will need to find some professional that can help you with these problems. They will help you talk about anything that might be bothering you. Getting these problems out in the open will help you handle them better so that you will be able to solve them. They will not solve them for you but help you find ways to solve them yourselves.
Sometimes even after only a few therapy sessions with a professional, you will be able to handle most of these problems head on, but if something else comes up just go back and talk to them. Sometimes life will hand any of us problems we can not seem to handle on our own and we might not have family or fiends or they might not be able to help us. This is what therapy is for. It is where you turn when you know you need help and there is no where else to go.
