Cigarettes are bad for you because of the chemicals and tar residue and what they can do to your body. Cigarettes are also called death sticks, cancer sticks, and a silent killer. All of these are right because cigarettes can cause death. It may not be fast, but it will slowly hit you and it can kill you over time from one thing or another. It can put you is pain and the pain can be so much it you will hurt all the time. The nicotine in cigarettes is only one thing in them that is addictive. It and other chemicals included in cigarettes will run in your blood stream and go through your enter body.

It is a drug to the body and your mind will think that you need it as well. The tar that comes from cigarettes will get into your lungs and stick to their walls, the more your smoke the more tar will stick on the walls. Did you know that one pack of cigarettes can cause a half of a cup of tar in your lungs? It is true, and it will cause a lot of damage. It will turn your lungs from healthy to damaged, it will turn the outside and the inside of them black.

The lungs are by far from the only organ of the body that can be damaged by smoking cigarettes made from tobacco. Smoking can cause ulcers,pancreas cancer, mouth and throat diseases, and so many other ailments like allergies, sinus issues,and bronchitis.You can ask you doctor about what cigarettes can do to you. Smoking can make you age faster than you would normally, your body will start to look and feel older prematurely. It can cause winkles to form on your face and some other thing along with it.

Smoking can cause bags and black circles under the eyes as well, which will make you look tired like you are not getting a lot of sleep. Your body can get worn out and over time you will start to feel it. It can make breathing hard for you because it will cause shortness of breath. Your lungs get so clogged up they can not take in all of the oxygen that your body needs to function correctly and your lungs will have to work harder to get enough air. This is what can cause you to feel exhausted too quickly when you are a smoker. The earlier you stop smoking cigarettes, the more damage you will be avoiding to your body and the longer time the body will have to start healing itself.
