Drinking Water To Help Stop Water Retention

There are ways you can start to retain water in your body and it can make you bloat and look and feel fatter. When your body retains water it is telling you that you are not drinking enough water or there is possibly a medical condition that is causing it. When you do not get enough water, your body can start to store whatever water you have so it can use it later. Your body can not make its own water so it will store it for you so it will help you survive. Your body will store it where ever it can and it will start to show in places like your face, feet, legs, and abdomen for starters.

You have to drink enough water everyday to keep from retaining too much water in your body. Enough water is thought by most to be about 32oz everyday to stay strong and so your body will work the way it needs to. Do not drink 32oz all at once because that can cause problems for you to. If you drink water too fast your body will not get a chance to use it and it can go right through you.

The bloating from water retention can make you feel sluggish and heavier than normal. So you will want to drink 8oz glasses of water through out the day so your body will get the amount it needs. You can also drink more than that as long as you take your time drinking it. The more water you drink, the healthier your body will be. Your body needs the water to live and with out it you can die within days. The body can live with out food and other things for days at a time, but no without water it will not.

Water is the element we need to have more than anything else. It is what maintains our blood supply and so many other things. With out water the body will literally dry up and your organs can begin to shut down. Even if you drink lots of water, you still have to exercise because not doing anything can still cause you to retain water. You have to do things so the water will not set in areas of your muscles and in your fat cells. Walking and other exercises will help you stay in shape and will help the water move better through your body so this will not happen to you.
