You can try swimming or soccer as your cardio exercise. It will not only be fun but it also allows you to interact with other sports enthusiasts.
* Go Outdoors. If you are bored with the walls of the gym when you do your workout, you can also go outdoors and do your exercise on places where you get to have fresh air and nice sceneries. This will also help invigorate your system as you do your exercise.
* Hydrate. Of course, because you are sweating and losing all the water in your body, do not forget to hydrate, and do not wait for your body to get thirsty. Always replenish water in your system. Have a bottle of water close at hand during your workout.
* Stretching is important. It is important to do stretching following an activity or in between sets to prevent injury and to increase your strength as well. For instance, stretching your lower back, hips and legs will relax and reduce the strain in your back.
* Warm up and Cool Down. In any exercise program, a warm up and cool down is important. Your muscles should gradually be prepared for its activities in the workout. You also need to cool down after your workout to make your heart rate return to normal. This should be one of the fitness training tips you should always remember.
* Choose a good pair of shoes. Your workout shoes should be comfortable enough for your fitness activities. Make sure it is not too tight and has an allowance of about half an inch so you can still move your toes. Take note also that a good pair of shoes will get you out of injuries, so you can get a new pair if you think you have an overused one. Indeed one of the simplest fitness training tips but it will surely help you get out of harm.
