Something that causes both minor and major health problems is mold. This mold may appear for several different reasons. But no matter why it's there you should get rid of it as soon as possible. Make sure though that you have a HEPA filter, it will help in the removing of that dangerous mold from the home. Buying a dehumidifier and running it to allow the humidity to stay under 75%. Also the filter that is used in your A/C should be one that helps to get the mold from the air. Windows when they are opened can allow mold to come in, so get a filter to place on those windows to avoid that problem.
