Quitting Those Cigarettes You Smoke Will Not Be Easy

Have you tried to quit smoking cigarettes only to go back to them after a while? Have you ever been to the point that you will never find the right way to quit? Most of you have tried at one time or the other and most of you have failed. You have tried almost everything the market has to offer and then added some plans of your own? You might get a good laugh to see some of the ideas that other people have come up with and have actually tried. The really sad thing is that many of the ideas that people have tried have not worked either.

You might even try hypnosis to quit only to find out that this is not going to work any better than all of the rest. Some people will just try to quit cold turkey as it is called, but this usually does not work for long either! There are some people that can do it this way, but it is not easy. You have to have a firm commitment and a lot of will power. Some of you just never really get hooked like most. There are some that can put them down one day and never pick one up again. Some have tried going to a lighter cigarette only to find out that doing so only makes one smoke more.

The ultra lights are like smoking paper or so some say. You drag on one of them and this is usually what happens, it will only last three drags and it is done. You end up with the taste of burnt paper in your mouth. Anyone that smokes really needs to quit this nasty habit for themselves as well as their friends and family. Each time you light that cigarette you are hurting your body and sending all of the nasty side effects to whoever is in the same room. If you happen to be in a smoke filled room, all of this smoke in sent into each and every person in this room more times than you could even count. This one person might get the smoke from each and every cigarette.

Most of you might not even realize how bad the smoke is in a room until you happen to try to clean or wash the walls. Another way to notice this is remove a picture from its place on a wall and you will find the original color of the wall. You might even realize that now you know why you do not like the color of this room. The smoke has darkened or dimmed the color. This should also be a good indication of what your lungs look like as well. Smoking is one of the hardest habits there is to break and you might try many times before you are successful, but if you give up, you will never quit and that is for sure.
