Do you think it will be easy to quit smoking cigarettes? If you do then you have not smoked in your life. Ask anyone that smokes and see how many of them have tried and if you see that they are still smoking, then you know they failed. Some of them have tried several times only to listen to their own mind and talk themselves into starting again. If you happen to come across a way to quit that is working for you ,stay with it and tell yourself to shut-up. You might be surprised to find out that the worse person you listen too is yourself. Your mind will tell you all kinds of things that will make you want to pick up that cigarette and most of the time you win and then you lose. In other words your mind will succeed in making you take that cigarette and you lose the fight. So when you start to quit, try not to listen to your mind.
If you do quit, count yourself lucky and praise yourself often. The longer you can you can nor give in to the cigarette, the longer you will be able to stay away from them altogether. When you start the quitting process you will need to set rules for yourself. You will need to set a time frame in which you want to be done with them. Try to stay with this time frame and if you find yourself with a problem find someone to help you through it.
