The panic and anxiety are becoming the problem of almost every hold these days.

There is at least one or more members are suffering from the problem in an average American family. This has implored the scientists to dig deep in to the cause of the panic attacks.

There were some obvious and most suspected causes of the panic attacks. Three of them are the most publicized and the moist talked about. Those are the genetics, the stress and the chemical changes in the brain. Now the genetics are something beyond our control.

We can not really change our genetic, can we? Also several genes play a role in the genetics along with the brain chemicals. Although we can not change the genetics but many people fall prey to the anxiety and depressions by playing with the brain chemicals! Yes this is possible and that is what brings us to one of the most underrated causes of the panic attacks and that is our dietary habits. Individually the gene was not defected.

However the combination was proving to be fatal. But the scientists still can not do anything about it. And I think that is okay. We have to live with whatever genes we are born with. The scientists are now researching with smaller and larger samples and by using several different methods. Now they have found a much underrated cause of the panic attacks and that is the wrong lifestyle.

To Fix It.Other than the wrong dietary habits lack of mobility and idleness are the other two most underrated causes of the panic attacks. Exercise is a great mood stabilizer but our busy life styles do not allow us to take out time for that.

Also the idleness among people too generates anxiety and when it is not released it takes form of a panic attack. Our brain produces certain chemicals that are responsible for taking care of our moods.

These chemicals are boosted by a good diet that provides enough oxygen to the brain. And along with them exercise is a huge mood stabilizer. It channels out nervous energies and provides our fear with an outlet. People who do not exercise regularly put themselves at the risk of panic disorder along with other problems.

The disturbed sleep and wake cycles also play a role in the disturbance of the brain's mood stabilizing and mood enhancing chemicals. Actually sleeping at the night time in dark for at least 6 to 8 hours ensures that the chemicals are produced in the right amounts and in the right ratios.
