Appointments and Cancelations
Appointments
An appointment is required to receive massage therapy services. Walk-ins
are not accepted.
New clients must make their appointment via telephone at 210-269-3314.
Established clients may also make appointments via text message or email;
however, appointments are not valid until confirmation is received from
Massage By Ben.
Incall massage therapy appointments are available in 1/2 hour, 1 hour,
and 1 1/2 hour increments. Outcall massage therapy appointments begin
with a 1 hour minimum and include 1 1/2 hour and 2 hour sessions per person.
Appointments are available only during regular business hours Monday
thru Saturday, after-hours appointments are not available.
New clients are urged to arrive approximately 10 minutes early for their
appointment to complete required paperwork. Failure to arrive early to
complete paperwork will result in a shorter session that will be charged
the full session rate.
There are some blackout dates for appointments, I attempt to keep blackout
dates to a minimum and post them on the Massage
Blackout Dates page.
When making your appointment indicate whether you'll be using a gift
certificate or coupon.

Cancelations and No Shows
To prevent charges or invalidation of gift certificates/coupons Massage
By Ben requires a 12 hour advance cancelation notice. Failure to provide
12 hours notice constitutes a "No Show".
A No Show invalidates the gift certificate or coupon meant to be used
for the massage therapy session.
A No Show will result in a charge for a full session on prepayed accounts.
Future appointments after a No Show may require payment of a missed
visit fee and prepayment of the massage therapy session.
