As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Neuromuscular Therapist I'm able to use many massage therapy and bodywork techniques to relax you and relieve pain. In my San Antonio massage therapy and bodywork practice I use several hands-on techniques which vary from light and relaxing Swedish massage, or Hot Stone massage to firmer Deep Tissue Massage, and Sports massage. Some of the techniques are used mostly to relieve pain and help you recover from injuries such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Ortho-Bionomy and Trigger Point Therapy.
